Terms of use

PerkEasy is a tool for organising your own benefit information. You must be at least 18 and only enter information you are allowed to store. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account.

PerkEasy does not provide legal, tax, medical, insurance or financial advice, does not verify the figures you enter, and cannot determine eligibility for any benefit or program. Estimates and AI explanations are general information based on stated assumptions and may be wrong. Confirm anything important with your plan documents, HR team or a qualified professional.

You own the information you enter. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service. Do not store Social Security numbers, full policy or account numbers, bank details or medical records.

If offered, Premium is billed in advance each month or year through Stripe and renews until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Settings and keep Premium until the end of the paid period. Prices shown as proposed may change before launch, and any change applies only after notice.

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, overload it, or use the AI features to generate content unrelated to benefits.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

PerkEasy is provided as is during early access. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made using figures, estimates or explanations in the app.
