Your benefits, clearly understood. Your opportunities, easier to find.
1. The problem, and the PerkEasy approach
Employees often have to piece their benefits together from many disconnected sources, which makes it hard to see what they have, what they contribute, what they could receive and what to do next.
Today
Benefits spread across many places
- Employer benefits portal
- Paycheck and payroll
- Retirement account and match
- HSA and FSA accounts
- Insurance plan documents
- Reimbursement procedures
- Enrollment deadlines
- Public assistance websites
- What do I have?
- What do I pay?
- What could I receive?
- What should I do next?
With PerkEasy
One overview, with every figure labelled
- Benefits and coverage you recordedYour entry
- Paycheck deductions and employer contributionsYour entry
- Employer match you may be missingEstimate
- Plain-language terms linked to official sourcesOfficial links
- Upcoming deadlines in one calendarYour entry

Built only from what you choose to enter. PerkEasy does not connect to your employer, payroll or insurer today.
2. Four layers of a moat we intend to build
These are a long-term product strategy. Each card says plainly what exists in PerkEasy today and what is still a goal.
- Available now
A. Unified benefits picture
Bring together information people now find in separate places.
- Today
- Your benefits, paycheck deductions, employer contributions and deadlines sit in one dashboard.
- Where it is going
- Cover more benefit types and show how each piece affects the others.
You see how the pieces relate instead of reviewing them one by one.
- Partly available
B. Personalised benefits intelligence
Move beyond storing information to pointing out what deserves attention.
- Today
- Rule-based checks flag a possible match gap, FSA money at risk, missing deadlines and plans to compare.
- Where it is going
- Recommendations that also weigh your preferences and the relevant program rules.
Explanations about your situation, not generic benefit articles.
- Available now
C. Trustworthy, source-backed guidance
Make it obvious where every number comes from.
- Today
- Each figure is labelled as your entry, an estimate or a verified source, and estimates show inputs, formula, assumptions and gaps.
- Where it is going
- Maintain a wider library of official sources and flag anything that needs confirming.
Recommendations that show their reasoning and their limits.
- Long-term goal
D. Learning and distribution
Improve content and workflows from feedback, and reach people through employers and providers.
- Today
- Not built. There are no employer integrations or provider partnerships today.
- Where it is going
- Consent-based feedback loops, and integrations or partnerships if they are agreed. Private financial or benefits data is never used to train models by default.
A better-organised experience and a growing ecosystem, not exclusive data access.
Built to become more valuable over time
A dashboard, AI explanations or benefit calculations are easy for others to copy on their own. Any lasting advantage would come from doing all of these well together, and from the trust that builds up over years. This is the moat PerkEasy intends to build. It is not one that exists yet.
PerkEasy has no employer integrations, provider partnerships or paying customers today, and its proposed prices have not been tested with users.

How we will treat your data as PerkEasy grows
- We store only what you choose to enter, and you can export or delete it at any time.
- Private financial or benefits information is not used to train AI models by default.
- Any use of information to improve the product will be based on consent and data minimisation.
- If employer plans arrive, employers will never see an individual employee's records.
